1. Introduction

Brinley Field ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform. By using Brinley Field, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Data Controller Status: We function as an independent controller of your data. While we integrate with third-party platforms (such as Intuit, Google, and Meta), we do not process your data on behalf of these entities, nor do we act as their agents.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide our Service:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture (via Google/Facebook Login).
  • Financial Data: Transaction data, invoices, and customer lists synced from QuickBooks Online (upon your explicit authorization).
  • Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the platform, processed via our infrastructure providers (Vercel and Supabase).

3. Integration with Intuit (QuickBooks)

When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we access specific categories of data directly from the Intuit Developer Platform. This includes financial records, customer details, and invoice data.

We store and process this data solely to provide the functionality of Brinley Field. We do not share this data with data brokers or third parties for marketing purposes. You may revoke this access at any time via your Brinley Field account settings or your Intuit App Center dashboard.

4. Google User Data (Limited Use Policy)

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only access your Google profile (name, email, avatar) for authentication. We do not sell your Google user data.

5. SMS Messaging & Privacy

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages. Privacy Commitment: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Pursuant to Meta’s Platform Terms, you have the right to request deletion of your data. If you logged in via Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings".
  2. Look for "Apps and Websites" and find "Brinley Field".
  3. Click "Remove".
  4. Alternatively, email Support@field.brinleyatlas.com to request full account deletion.

7. Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored using Supabase, a cloud-hosted database provider. Supabase encrypts data at rest and in transit. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
